MFCS 2019 will take place at the Super C of RWTH Aachen University, Aachen, Germany.

PLEASE NOTE: You need to book your own accommodation.

We have negotiated special rates with the following hotels. This list is followed with some further hotels without special rates.

Please book your room in a hotel with special rates yourself by email, phone, or fax, but not on the hotel webpage or via a booking portal in order to benefit from the reduced MFCS rate. This restriction does not apply to the hotels without special rates.

Please note that there are individual deadlines for the special rates. Please book your room early!

To get the special rate include the phrase "MFCS 2019, RWTH Aachen" in your hotel reservation.

RWTH-Guest House (6.) We can offer a limited number of single and double rooms in the guest house of RWTH Aachen University. Prices per night are 42€ for a single room and 55€ for a double room. Breakfast can be included for 6€ per person and day. The rooms are preferrably assigned to students without a full salary and workshop visitors, which may result in a denial for your request if you do not fall into this category.
